The problem that I had was an ever growing collection of hex bits. The solution was to design a simple array to hold them all together.
You can download and play around the the Blend file, changing the array modifier to any size that you want. There’s also a handle, to use a bit as a screwdriver.
I printed the array’s from flexible TPU, and the handle from PETG (wall count 5).
Here is an impression of what’s in the zip file.
Do not try to print all of these parts at the same time, only one per print. Hopefully each part will have the correct amount of tightness, not too much and not too little. It all depends on your setup, so you might need to resize the parts by a very tiny amount.
